I used to feel anxious on days I had a dentist appointment, but that has gone away.
I started seeing Dr. Santiago a few years ago. I appreciate the way she and her staff will explain what is going to happen during the appointment. Also. if there is a follow up appointment needed, the Doctor clearly explains the reasons for the additional procedure.
The Doctor and her staff are very customer focused. I feel they all go above and beyond to see that I feel welcome in the office and valued as a client. I also believe Dr. Santiago focuses on excelling in her work, she seems to always be up on the "best practices" regarding dental care.
The Doctor always shares suggestions as to how I can improve or enhance my dental health. Her staff is able to discuss the financial aspect of the suggested procedures so that I can make appropriate decisions about my health, given my financial situation.
Because I have grown to respect and trust Dr. Santiago, I took a big step this year and invested in a "bite guard" I wear it at night to avoid grinding my teeth. Each morning I can feel the difference as there is not as much tension in my jaw.
Because Dr. Santiago cultivates client relationships and a professional yet warm and open environment, I am so pleased to have found her.
