As usual, my appointment with Rachel was fun and relaxing. I always look forward to my time at Simple Scissors. Not only is Rachel very professional and personable but so is the entire staff. It almost reminds me of Cheers because when I walk into the salon, I'm greeted with a warm welcome and by name. The expertise reminds me of a New York salon but without the New York prices!
