Where can I start.. I used Steve's Auto Repair to do quiet a bit of maintenance work on my car and had to go on here to write a review because I was so pleased. Great service, years of experience, does not "over charge" or try to throw in bogus repairs that you do not need, family owned, great environment, very helpful and friendly, will actually show and explain the parts and what's going on with your vehicle, will take care of EVERYTHING for you from transmission work to your tires, will "squeeze" you in and make an effort to see you based on YOUR schedule (despite the fact that they have lines and lines of cars waiting to be seen), takes the time out to actually talk to you and explain things, really valued me as a customer. I have tried several repair shops in Memphis, and this is the only one I found that I can trust completely and will not only use from now on but will refer to all my friends and family. 5+++ stars!
