Review content:
They didn't use the proper paint on my home or trim. The won't cover it or the warranty so the builder came through and gave me money for the trim. They don't return phone calls or show up when they say they will. Spent over 4 months trying to get them out to the house. The were suppose to take care of this in June of 2007 and today October 8 I realized they not only didn't have any intention to fixing the issue I also found out they won't cover the warranty either. The owner Jeff flat out lied to me and questioned my integrity as well as treated me like an incompetent human being that didn't matter at all. When I pointed out the frustration and continual lies ... he cackled and laughed and has never even said I am sorry. Just left me hanging over and over and over. In September the office person Matt came out and pointed out the terrible job and set up a time to have everything completed. The office finally called me in September to say they were really coming to have them not call again or not show up again with no intention to fix all of the issues. When I spoke to Jeff today he told me he knew nothing about Matt coming out and never sent him. Matt told me he has bugged Jeff almost every day to take care of this and my builder would get on him from time to time as well. That is how sick this guy is and the poor customer service and treatment I have received. I am hiring a different competent painter that confirmed all of the above and then some. I will be reporting Cityscape to the Attorney General's Office. I not only don't recommend them I will bad mouth them to everyone I can as they are scummy and slimy in their business practices.
