Everything about Rumor's is top notch. I was offered a consultation and complimentary service when I first stopped in. I have been going to high end salons all of my life and this was never offered. When I came for the complimentary blow dry, I was thoroughly impressed. Stylist Crystal delivered a quality service, so I came back and trusted her with a drastic hair cut, something I haven't done in 4 years. I love my new hair cut and will become a regular.
