On this day I originally made my appointment for 3:30. The girl who put it in made it for 3. It was my daughter's first day of school so I had to pick her up at 3 and that would have not worked for me. So I tried to make the appt. for 3:15 and someone called and said they could get me in at 4:15. This was ok for me so I did it. When I got there Lejen was running behind...which I am totally understanding of. I am extremely happy with her and have been since I started coming there, but with her running behind it made my daughter late for Tae Kwon Do, which started at 5:45. With the rush hour traffic it was horrible. Now I totally wouldn't have cared or said anything about all of this, except it all leads back to the original appointment that was supposed to be at 3:30!!! So I do have to say I am not happy about that at all. I have had scheduling problems with you in the past. I told Lejen she had to hurry cause we had to go and she was terrific as always.
