Let me start off by saying that everyone at the salon is very friendly. My hairdresser was very nice but not the best listener. She struggled to understand what I was asking her to do with regards to my haircut. I realize that it is possible I'm a bad communicator. My real reason for the 3 star rating is that the salon is so chaotic. The stylists don't have assigned chairs so once your hair is washed, it's a free for all to get a chair. The stylists then have to run around and get their tools. The chairs are too close, it's too loud, and makes it almost impossible to have conversation with your stylist. I was looking for more of a relaxing "spa-like" experience.
