Review content:
When the stylist you have made an appointment with is not in that day Rumors should call the customer and let them know. I have requested this many times and it does not happen. It seems stylists are often not in after appointments have been made with them in advance. I don't like being put with someone of Rumors choosing for a service I would like done by a certain person. While the service I had done yesterday was done by someone who did an excellent job it only happened that way because I took a different time slot.
