I've been a client at Rumor's since I was 14 years old and I am now in my early twenties. I often saw the same hair stylist but I tried switching it up and saw other stylists this past year and everyone has done an amazing job with my hair. As they have described to me "Your hair is a canvas, and I am the artist" which is so true. The employees are always thoughtful and kind when I call to schedule an appointment, when I arrive they ask for my coat and offer a beverage and bring it out with lovely arranged flowers. The salon is ascetically pleasing as well with great lighting and relaxing music. There is also a great variety of magazines and books to look through for selecting your next look. Lastly, Rumor's also does a great deal for the community by hosting events to help non-profit organizations as well as free how-to classes to the public. I highly recommend Rumors as the salon to go to in the capital district.
