when I was there to get my hair done last I had planned on being w/Amber who was out sick. I did get a call to say she wasnt available and that she picked someone else out for me. Katie did a great job and was very nice. I do have to say though that there was one girl working who was having her assistant blow her hair out and I found her to be very nasty. If she is trying to train her to do a great job, she should think about her approach. It's inappropiate to make someone look inferior like that, espeically while you are training her in front of clients.
