In 2001 I moved to NY from CT. In CT I had a stylist that I loved and had been going to 4ever. I tried a few different people out here but always kept going back to my CT stylist. Till a friend told me to go see Richard a few years back. He is awesome; funny, energetic and I always leave loving my hair. I got tons of compliments on my hair last night at work and I always refer people to Rumors.
