i HAD THEM INSTALL SIDING AND GUTTERS IN 2003 . AND I WISHED I NEVER USED THEM . WHEN THEY WANTED MY BUSINESS THE SALES PERSON WOULD CALL ME AND SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE TO GO WITH THEM. BECAUSE THEY STAND BY THERE CUSTOMERS AND WE GIVE YOU A 10 YEAR WARRANTY AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS JUST CALL US .WELL GUESS WHAT THEY LIED!! I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM THAT I WANTED THEM TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER JEFF THAT SAID YOUR WARRANTY IS UP AND I AM NOT COMING OUT TO TAKE A LOOK . I HAVE WATER THAT IS COMING DOWN ON THE SIDING AND FOUND ITS WAY INTO THE WALL IN MY KITCHEN THE WALL IS FULL OF MOLD ROTTED WOOD ,THE SUB FLOOR IS SOAKED AND ROTTED. AND MY KITCHEN FLOOR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED..WHAT I S JEFF SCARED OR DOES HE KNOW THEY DO CRAPPY WORK! I HAD 2 DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS COME OUT TO VIEW THE ISSUE . FIRST OF ALL PROPEL PUT A GUTTER FACING THE HOUSE WITH NO DOWN SPOUT SO THE WATER IS RUNING DOWN THE SIDING. AND THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE THE EXPERTS RIGHT! THE SIDING WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AS WELL ,.AND FORGET ABOUT HAVING THE OWNER BRAD CALL YOU BACK , EVERYTIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD HE IS NOT IN YET .i CANNOT BELEIVE THIS IS HOW THEY RUN A BUSINESS AND IF THE OWNER IS NOT CALLING BACK MAYBE THEY DONT HAVE ALOT OFF BUSINESS SINCE THEY DO CRAPPY WORK.. OR HE JUST DON'T CARE SO PLEASE DONT USE THEM, IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR TURN THEM AWAY .BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER GOING TO WORK IN MY TOWN
