Review content:
The location is great - right on the river, but does not flood easily (only one building did in the last 2 years, which is saying something in the floods we had), by the road, a 15 minute (uphill) walk to campus... In short, marvellous. Now, what bad management does to it, is rather sad. They have recently tried to paint the balconies, which involved horror stories of workers in your bedroom window and on the balcony at 8am. Prices have been hiking up steadily even in the over-built Lafayette environment. Laundry is a nuisance, the special cards for it never work and there's no way to contact the responsibe company and get your 3-dollar deposit back... In short, if you dont' live there already and save money on moving, dont bother.
