I frequently visit Gil-Con Tool for all of my major equipment purchases, as well as for parts and service. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased both my lawnmower and snow blower from this company because of the customer service that accompanies the purchase. Unlike other major chain stores I've visited in the past, this company has always serviced the products I've bought and then explains to me how to use and maintain them. The variety and number of parts the company stocks is overwhelming! They have always had the parts I've needed in-stock, which is very convenient. I would also highly recommend the service department at the company after numerous conversations with the mechanics. These guys really know what they are doing and always give useful advice. I believe that the company also rents tools as well. Gil-Con Tool Company is the type of shop that we need more of these days, one who's employees are reliable and knowledgeable, and products fairly priced. I will continue to use Gil-Con Tool for all of my equipment and service needs and would highly recommend them to all!
