Review content:
I had never been to this spa before, but it was recommended by the Westin. First off, my massage started 20 minutes late and ended about 5-10 minutes before it should have. Also, my therapist had cold hands. I was also scheduled for a mini facial to be added on to the massage. Well, I had to go to a different room after my massage for the facial, so not exactly an add on. There are no lockers, so I had to carry all my clothes with me. In between my treatments, I had to sit in a skimpy robe in the waiting area. Finally, it was time for my facial. Could not have been a bigger waste of time and money. The add on facial is an excuse to sell you products, and my therapist talked the whole time. Also, the room was outside the spa area in the loud salon part. They blasted "soothing" music to hide the noise.
