Island Sand and Gravel is the best place to go if you are a homeowner . I needed pool sand and mason sand for a pool project i was having done. The pool contractor told me to go to Island Sand and Gravel to check out the materials on hand. They were very helpful there. They explained their products and applications. It is a "no frill"s place. That is why the prices are lower than most of the other places in the Valley area. The dispatcher there worked with me to make sure the materials I needed were delivered at the times my pool contractor needed them. Since going there last year I have been back many times in my pickup truck to get the smaller quantities of sand and stone needed for my other landscaping projects in my yard. -- They don't accept credit cards-- that is why prices are lower. Bring cash .
