Presidential Park Apartments are in a good location with access to 190 and 2. The prices are very reasonable for that great location, and it is in a very safe neighborhood. The apartments are modern and clean. Obviously, the rents in this area are much lower than the mortgage and home prices are, so Presidential Park Apartments is a good location for people who don't want to or are not able to buy a home right now.
