I brought my gun in for a routine cleaning over a month ago. In short form, they broke my gun, lied about it, admitted to it, offered to send it to another gunsmith, neglected to send it, offered to send it to the mfg, sent it a week later. Currently it's with the mfg getting fixed. I think. I don't know because the gunsmith won't call me and tends to ignore me. I know that pawn shops aren't known for customer service, but this place is beyond terrible. Avoid like the plague unless the aforementioned sounds like your idea of a good time.
