We have used this company in the past. The only reason we had changed is b/c they didn't offer DSL hook up out in the boondocks where we live since we moved. They have great customer service and are always prompt in returning any phone calls. Their prices are comparable to that of the regional chain. I definitely prefer the hometown feel of this company over the regional company.
