While the customer service and overall atmosphere at the MaxManni Salon in Robinson was great, the haircut was not. i arrived with a picture in hand of what i was looking for. a single glance was all that the hairstylist gave the picture. i asked for a lot of layers, not a lot of choppy layers. my hair looks like someone cut it with a dull knife. i lots of layers, ALL very chunky, none of the blend or lay right. the cut was uneven all the way around. i had to pay another 40.00 elsewhere to have it fixed. What a waste of time and money. Not only did i get a terrible haircut, but i also had to sit there and listen to one of the stylists constantly complain about how she HAD to come in on her day off. As i was getting my hair washed, i had two stylists hanging over me whispering about how another one the stylists "sucked". Not the time nor place. I would never recommend this salon, even if they were giving out free haircuts.
