Review content:
Every time I bring my daughter in for an annual check-up, Dr. Borg asks me if we have met, and it seems to me that she should have a better idea of who her patients are, as well as the parents of her patients. I personally go to Dr. Gary Walker, and they know me there, and they have known me from the very first visit way back when I first started going there. Every time I show up for a check-up they greet me by name, and resume the same conversations that I had with them six-months prior. Now that is getting to know (and care) about your main customer (you know, your patients)! I also don't agree with many of Dr. Borg's policies; including the limited summer hours that her office is open during the summer. Again, you are in business to serve your patients, and the work schedules of your patients!!!
