My stylist assured me my purse would be safe at the chair (I only realized after I was leaving that they have a sign that says they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items). It was not! I had gone straight from the bank to the salon and hurried into the salon, forgetting that I had left my envelope from the bank in my purse. Money was stolen from me and I will never return to the salon. What is worse is that the receptionist sarchastically said, "We would have stopped someone if they were in your purse." Actually, if a stylist took it, and no other clients were around (which none were at the time), there was noone but a stylist who could have done it. Because it was cash there is no way for me to recoup my losses, but I did tell all my friends and family not to go there and I will never be going there again, either!
