1) Carpet cleaning: We had about 10+ years worth of heavy traffic stain in our cream colored carpets, and it amazing how it looks after Luis cleaned them ! Even the problem spots that we've long given up on looked almost brand new. There was definitely no chemical smell afterwards, no strong odors even while he was cleaning. The carpets also dried within hours! 2) Service: Luis finished 8 areas in our home AND an old L-shped couch in a reasonable amount of time. He definitely has a strong work ethic, and is professional in every way. Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward, he came in the house, gave us an estimate, and went to work- 3 hours later, we had clean carpets and a clean sofa ( which we decided to have him clean last minute) When I emailed him about some areas that I wanted him to touch up some more, he promptly responded within the same day, and made an appointment right away to address my concerns. excellent customer service. Definitely was refreshing to feel like you're dealing with people and not a big company when you have concerns. 3) Price- he was reasonable in his pricing, and does honest work. He stays true to his 5 days satisfaction guarantee, no hassle booking, just an easy, simple process. Will definitely be going back to these guys for carpet cleaning! thanks!
