It seems you have started your cooking yesterday or by this morning. Most of your cooking procedures are inappropriate. Where you have been working lately? We cannot half burn and smoke a steak even if we are going to serve it for teenagers. That's unhealthy. There are several bacteria which are not good for us. Some times they may turn into parasites from bbq of catering in your style. Contrast to half burn bbq, it have said that you can full burn a steaks for aged people. In the sense, did you tried to mean to burn a bbq till it becomes black? Then it is carbon which is not good for health. So, your entire idea of cooking at steak houses is wrong.
