Review content:
We hired Armour Flooring to do hard woods and tile in our home. We were very disappointed in the service and professionalism. During the time that Armour flooring was working in our home, there were several yelling matches that occurred, one of the workers with keys to my home was fired, and another was abandoned without a ride home. The characters were so sketchy we had to immediately change our locks and gate codes after the job was done. The tiles were uneven, crooked, and poorly installed, as was the hard wood. We asked to have someone come out and fix the major problems, but that request was met with stories and lies and excuses, and finally a very confrontational attitude. Danny came out once to "fix" the tile, but all he did was complain about having to "waste his time" to be there. He called us to say he fixed everything, but he didn't do anything. We had someone at the house to supervise, and that person told us that he was there only 5 minutes before he called us to tell us that he fixed everything. Don't hire this company unless you have money to waste, and time to spend being miserable. There are many other companies that are far better and easier to deal with.
