Review content:
We ordered a brand new pathfinder from Capitol Nissan and were told it would arrive within 8 weeks. We had a deal through my employer so the price was set and we had to use this special vehicle purchase program number when we bought the car to get the preset price. Anyway, 8 weeks came and went and still no word. We were told the factory hadn't made it yet and were only making LE editions and not SEs. We were told to wait 1 more week and it should be there. This went on for another 4 weeks and still nothing. We found a similar car at the Eureka dealership so we asked Capitol if they could get it. They could not, even though they told us if we found any in the state of California that they could get it. So, we drove to Eureka only to find out that Capitol Nissan had already used our VPP number on another car. We were told there was no car and therefore the number could not have been assigned to any car unless they used it for someone else and stole my number. Needless to say, we left Nissan and bought another car. I still can't believe they lied to us and led us on for 3 months!!! I will NEVER step foot in the location again.
