This is not a trustworthy business. Drain Busters gave me an estimate to fix a leaking shower drain for $4000.00. That's ten times higher than what another plumber charged me to fix the leak. Unimaginable to think someone would have agreed to the estimate. One reason they said the job would be so expensive is that they would need to replace all the bathroom tile. Guess what? There is no bathroom tile in the bathroom. I called Drain Busters' president and CEO to discuss the estimate and she hung up on me. And because I didn't make a transaction with Drain Busters, the BBB wouldn't take up my complaint. More unimaginable is how Drain Busters merits an A- rating from BBB. They get zero stars from me, but the site forces me to give them something. 1 star = 0 stars.
