Businiess name:  Accurate Engines

Review content:
I had my engine done 6 mos. ago at Accurate, I looked all around trying to find the best price for my 2.7 Dodge Intrepid. I decided to call Accurate, the person I spoke with whos name was Paul, gave me a qoute that was a little cheaper than the rest and Paul was very informative and even asked if I would like to come in and take a tour of the shop, I did and found it to be a extreamly busy place, I went ahead and scheduled my car to be done.... I was told the job would take 5 bussiness days to complete and they were true to their word. I received my car and drove it for about 3 weeks and then I started having problems with it running bad when it was cold, so I took it to my regular mechanic and he qouted me 147.00 for a thing called a coolant temp sensor, he also said he did not think it was related to the engine itself. I decided to call Accurate to see what they could do about it, I spoke with Paul and he said he would check to see what he could do for me and to call him back in an hour. When I called back Paul said because I had my car done with them they would do the job for 100.00. I then scheduled my car in, I was to take my car there and wait for it to be done... Paul said they were slammed at that time and I would have to pick my car up at the end of the day. When I returned my car was done and Paul was very apologetic for the delay, then when I went to pay for it he then said for the inconveince he only charged whole sale cost for the part and no labor.... WOW... I walked out the door for 60.00. The car since has ran great no problems and even gets better gas mileage then before. In all I would have to say my experiance was a good one and would refer them to a friend.
