Great service. Quick and responsive. Thoughtfully reviewed my current coverages and listened to my needs. I knew going in that I needed to increase my coverage and expected to pay more than I had been with my previous insurance compay. I was pleasantly surprised to get the increased coverage I needed at a price substantially less than I had been paying for my lower coverage elsewhere.
The major cost savings was from eliminating comprehensive coverage on a salvage vehicle I bought some years back. Because I've chosen a high deductable and the cars' value is so low that portion of the coverage was providing almost no benefit but still costing a pretty penny. It took time on the insurance agent's part to understand my needs and suggest various options - time that other agents haven't spent with me before.
Even if the premium had come back a little more expensive than competitors I would stick with these guys just knowing they will take the time to help me figure out what's right for my personal circumstances.
