First impression...one gentleman standing at desk with 'Budget' shirt on didn't know how to help, I had to wait for the 'manager'. Manager came in with customer who was having problems. Manger was clearly frustrated and being rude to the customer was being calm even though he was the one who should have been frustrated. Customer ended up leaving after Manger could not/would not help him.
After waiting 30 minutes while the manager waiting on 2-3 other people who were dropping off I find out that the main reservation line booked my moving rental truck at a different location then the one we specifically discussed even though I gave my address and zip code and it was quite clear this one was 1 mile from my house versus 20. (Hey 20 miles from my zip code instead of 1 x $.79 a mile is $15 more to them, what do they care? )...
Okay, not this particular business fault per say but they ARE affiliated with Budge correct? I mean that IS the name on the sign, trucks...etc..etc.. Anyway, as luck would have it this particular location DID have trucks available (5 in the parking lot to be exact). Great right?
The man at this location refused to take my coupon (even though the reservation I originally booked was at the rate with the coupon) because 'no coupons this weekend' ...
Do not give this place your business. They were rude, unprofessional and had no idea was true 'customer service' really is.
