I don't know about you, but in my little circle of friends, windsor has become one of the top stores to find or buy an expensive formal/prom type of dress.
You've got an extensive selection of every gorgeous dress available in any color to flatter your hair, or your eyes. Just by glancing and oogling at the dresses on the display is enough to wish you could have all of them at your glamourous disposal.
Alas, Windsor is such an expensive name. Not unlike most of the stores at the Chandler Fashion Center. But if you can afford it, go for it.
