I called these guys out in early June to come take care of a Groundhog problem. Initially, they got one quickly but there was another one which was ripping up my yard ALL SUMMER LONG. The tech would come out every couple weeks and re-bait the trap. I'd call at least once a week and I'd get a "I'm too busy right now" excuse. Are you fecking serious? Then come Sept he realized the trap isn't big enough for the Groundhog. Tells me he is coming out the next day to put a new trap and not come out for a week because he is waiting on a trap? Do you not know how to use the phone? These guys are jokers. I called so many times to try and civially straighten it out it's not even funny. Take your business elseware.
