Review content:
I am a single female. My first encounter was just before Christmas. I took my car in to see what the cost would be to replace the bulb I had already purchased elsewhere. Five minutes later, my headlight was fixed...at no cost(although I did tip the mechanic $10.00)! I had a knocking noise I had endured for months. I felt confident to bring it to Roy's. They put it on a lift and a mechanic took it for a test drive. I got a voice mail the next day saying that it would be $172.00 to fix. I dropped it off on Friday and when I picked it up the next day, I was told that they replaced a part. Unfortunately it wasn't the right part. I was charged the $172.00 and was told that it would be $386.00 to fix the knocking noise. I brought my car back the following week. When I dropped it off, I was told that there was an additional part and it would be $437.00 to repair. What would u think?
