I purchased my wife a 2000 E320 and the salesman (Lou) was very nice and professional. Never wanted to push a sale and always tells us whenever we're ready to let him know. The next year we purchased a 2002 S500 and again excellent service by Lou. We are now considering trading in our 2000 E320 for a 2006 E500 and no doubt we will talk to Lou again. Also, their service was the best I've ever experienced. Their service consultant was very kind and nice and explained everything. He was also very in what needs to be done especially when i work on cars myself. It's a small dealership but very personable.
