I had a very good facial and blow dry on Wednesday but my experience was hampered by a new receprionist by the name of Claudine. Her sassy attitude almost really negatively impacted my experience- when I called she was rude over the phone but also was not truthful or thoughtful about the timing of my appointment. I called and asked when I could come in for a facial and if I'd have time for a blow dry as I needed to leave by 1 pm for a work call. She said that I could get a 11:15 facial with Diane and then a blow dry with Cynthia. But then challenged me by saying do you know what time it is and will you be here by 11:15. I arrived at 11:15 but then had to wait until 11:25 for my facial - I was told that there would be time for my blow dry but when it was 1 penny hair was half done and I needed to run out at 1:15 to save my call. The biggest issue was Claudine's tone but also that she didn't tell me that my timing was not going to work. The services were great.
