Familiar faces, pleasant surroundings & warm greetings are always part of the experience. Terry & Kelly did their usual awesome jobs then something interesting happened when Dr. Simone reviewed my XRays -He asked if I had been experiencing pain from one of my lower molars - I had indeed and he showed me why - the end of one of my roots had deteriorated - he clicked and it appeared to have grown - then he clicked again and it looked totally healthy - I thought it was some kind of animation trick, but he was actually clicking back in time to previous XRays of the same tooth - today - in '08 and in '04 Invaluable data that encourages preventative action that's going to save me from the pain and expense of an abscess. There's value in allowing them to take a store diagnostic data - I'm glad they have it and that I've found and stuck with the best in town. I always refer people to your practice with confidence and appreciate all you do. Cheers, James Hopewell
