Charlotte Russe, I've noticed, tends to have the tacky, shiny, glimmery, and dressy kind of style to it, which unfortunately, does not appeal to me. I'm sure that if I were either hispanic or african american, these clothes would look great on me, but being asian, most of those low cut shirts just don't workout for me -_-. I usualy stick to the shoes and acessories.
I don't know about other stores, but the location at the AZ mills mall is having some REALLY REALLY great sales right now. $7 shoes! $4 shirts! Great stuff.
However, this is not the store for the petite and small-busted women. if you have a body that's rather curvy and you want to show off those curves, Charlotte Russe fashion is for you.
If you want glam, this is going to be your favorite store form here on out.
