I wanted to send you an email, not knowing that you would be providing this feedback request. My experience with Alecia is always spectacular. It's so amazing to be so happy with how your brows and bikini wax look, but I am. What I wanted you to know however was that the young man at the desk was exceptional. He was professional, patient and just a delight whether he was attending to my needs or this crazy woman that was before and after me...she came back. I was so impressed and I want you to know that he is an asset to your business.
