Review content:
I bought a new car from Commonwealth Honda recently. The reason I bought from them was the high volume of positive reviews they received on several websites which probably derives from the fact that Commonwealth Honda pays $50 dollars for positive reviews received from their customers. After I bought the car the salesmen gave me a pink card with all the web sites I should go to post a review and for positive reviews I would get $50 dollars. I decided to waive the $50 and let you all know about my real experience with Commonwealth Honda: My experience dealing with Commonwealth Honda was similar to a root canal. The salesmen as well as the general sales manager treated me like nuisance reminding me that they were not making any money from the model of Honda I was buying. They ripped me off on my trade-in (compared to Kelly BB and Edmund’s) and they gave me a hard time even on the color of the car. A few days after I bought the car a 6 inch crack appeared in the windshield of the car due to a manufacturing defect. I went back to Commonwealth Honda where I was met with hostility by the Commonwealth Honda service department representative who refused to replace the windshield. If you are looking for a root canal experience Commonwealth Honda is the place to go. I personally do not recommend this place to anyone. Honda is not what it used to be.
