Janet and Melissa never disappoint. Janet has cut my hair since I moved to Chicago, and she was at a salon on Oak Street at the time. When I moved north, I started asking around about salons that were near me and Robert Gold was a salon that had been recommended. Before I could book my first appointment, I learned that Janet had moved to the salon (perfect!), and when it was time for me to start doing color, I learned that Melissa, the lead colorist, had also been at the same Oak Street salon. The salon is a friendly, clean, modern, professional and approachable.
