I must say Jim, Diane & Ashley have truly IMPRESSED me & my cavapoo Lexi!!!! I called him over the weekend & we spoke he told me stop by anytime he'd love to meet my Lexi (being the proud father of 3 cavaliers) he told me how nice his place was & promised me a tour. Well me a first time pet owner with no experience I have had my baby for 2 1/2 months she is now 5 months I've already been to 4 groomers & have been disappointed each time the places are crowed busy, hectic & well hair all over the place & one place the day smelled like cigarettes ( on Lake Worth Rd) YUCK!!! So today I decided to pop in on him & my my was that a treat it's a really nice place they are great people he gave me the tour of his shop & it was sooooooo CLEAN!!!!!! He truly gave me a tour I mean who does that he showed the products, crates (suites), the bath tubs, play room, the coffee maker yes Free coffee etc..... Ashley ( groomer) sat with us we spoke about how I wanted Lexi to be groomed not how they saw fit or standard the other groomer was grooming this Standard Poodle he was doing such a great job. I will tell you I only went to check it out but trust me I will be back to get my Lexi groomed & I can't wait!!!!!!!
