While the staffs knowledge of animals may be good based on other reviews here the treatment of customers leaves something to be desired. I stopped by to pick up some crickets for my kids lizzards. Aa usual I didn't have any cash on me and I was surprised to find that they have a 10 dollar minimum on Credit/Debit card purchases. Neither of the individuals at the counter were willing to accomodate and basically justed shrugged their shoulders as if to say "Oh well." I left and I will not be back. Now I certainly could have gone across the street to the bank as it wasn't that I didn't have any money; just not any cash. As a result of their inflexibility I am a new loyal customer of PetSmart. As a small family we certainly don't have thousands in pet supplies but we do have 3 lizzards, a fish, and two dogs that all need pet supplies. Oh well Pets Plus, I guess I'll just shrug my shoulders as well.
