Took my first yoga class in over 1 1/2 and was blown away by Amy the instructor. She taught in such a way that every level could attend her class and made the class challenging yet restorative. Her humor and welcoming personality made me forget my nervousness in attending a class after not having practiced for so long. I would recommend this place for anyone who has ever wanted to try yoga and also for people who have been doing yoga for a while and are experienced. They offer many different styles and even though I originally had planned on attending just one class, I was so impressed that i'm actually going online right now to purchase their unlimited classes deal. Oh and I NEVER leave reviews about anything but I feel that great! :)
