My family lives in the area and used to frequent this restaurant quite often and found the food and service very good. However, over the past year our visits have become far less frequent. The reason for this is the quality of food has gone downhill extremely... especially if there aren't many customers in the restaurant. The food is often dry and seems to have been sitting up for too long. Although there is plenty of selection the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. You could eat to your hearts content if you pleased, however I have left there many of the times recently unsatisfied because none of the food (except for the freshly grilled) seemed to be fresh. I'm sure you're asking by now why do I keep going back, as I have asked myself the same thing many times. The answer was, I was hoping something would have turned around and I would have a great experience there as my family used to. However, after the last time I will never return. Finally, I decided to speak to the manager, a lady with a German accent, about my disappointments with the restaurant. I suppose I expected her to apologize, atleast try to give an explanation, ask for another chance, and maybe even refund our money. Instead, the woman was rude, asking why I came back if I hadn't liked the food so many times. I tried to explain to her as above. At that, she said to me that obviously if they were not able to please me maybe I should not return. I assured her, as I am assuring you, I WILL NOT! To add insult to injury, the next day I became ill with vomiting and diarrhea. Could have been coincidence, however, I wondered if it may have been food poisoning from the food that looked as if it had set out all day.
