I was very happy with my highlight service and felt that Griselda did an excellent job.However I am not at all happy about additional charges that were tacked on to my bill at checkout. I came in for a partial highlight in November and the stylist told me she could give me a "quick trim". She spent less than 10 minutes cutting off the dead ends of my hair and at checkout I was charged $65 for a full haircut! What a ripoff! For my visit this past weekend I also came in for a partial highlight which I believed to be $95 based on Bella Sante's pricing sheet, but again at checkout it turned in to a $130 service without any prior notice that the price would increase. Based on this happening two times in a row, I will not be retuning for hair appointments. These unpredictable charges are too much.
