I've taken my dog here for years and each time I go back I wonder why I still have the Banfield Wellness plan. Where should I begin....\r One time my dog couldn't walk on his hind paw. He had something stuck in it and it was so painful for him he actually tried to bite me when I tried to pull it out. So I took him here as an emergency, when there, I waited for FOUR HOURS as scheduled visits were put into the patient rooms while my dog barked repeatedly in front of the main desk. The receptionist was uncaring, and even though there is a sign that says "hurt animals will be seen first" she didn't care. I had to SCHEDULE a time to bring him back THE NEXT DAY!!!\r \r Two days after another visit, my dog went blind in one eye. I took him back in and the vet told me it was a degenerative thing that all dogs get. She even pointed out that the other eye was getting bad too...hmmm, so I guess the comprehensive drop off visit I did two days ago no one checked his eye site because this is the firs
