I have been to the UPS store twice since it first opened to do shipping out of state and I must tell you that they beat the pants off of the usps system. No line!!!! I have never been to the Westfield post office and not encountered a massive line. The allow me to take the paperwork with me so I can have it filled out in advance. The service is great and atmosphere very clean. Staff is very friendly!! I believe this is the new alternative to sending packages because unless it is a small package the prices even beat the usps price. I go on line and compare prices to see which to use for my package, but in the future I will also be weighing in mind how much time I would spend standing in line at the post office. Since I value my time, that means a lot to me. I will be considering dropping all of my stuff off at the UPS store rather than making two stops. You should keep them in mind for the Christmas packages. Also they are having a GRAND OPENING October 21 and 22. Maybe I will be seeing you there.
