UA THRIFT is the best thrift store. It's located on Layfayette Street. They give all their profits to several community agencies such as Humane Society, Adventure House, United Way, Vocational Club of Cleveland County, and more. That's a great reason to shop there! I always find something I want in there. You never know what you will find. I have the best luck with homemade items and books. Their prices are inexpensive, and sometimes you get something almost new for pennies. Yes, some things are expensive, but not many. Most of the stuff is very cheap. They have sales all the time. I try and go in there at least twice a week.
