Review content:
The setting is beautiful and the front staff is gracious and welcoming. I was so excited to go back and enjoy my relaxing facial. The room was comfortable and the heated bed was perfect on a chilly day! Once the facial started, my desire for quiet and relaxation ended as the esthetician (after upgrading my facial from the one I had booked to a more expensive one without telling me until she had started!) proceeded to fill the time telling me what products I needed for my skin and that of my child (who was not with me). A suggestion is nice, and perhaps welcome, 40 minutes of hard sell is not. The facial was great and my skin looked and felt beautiful, but the experience was not. Not sure I will return..
