Review content:
The salesman I spoke to on the phone, Michael King was very helpful. They definitely have good customer service. However, after looking at all my things as they came off the moving truck, I noticed that there were a few scratches on my wooden headboard and my daughters’ dresser was scratched up. Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled. I called AVL though and it took very minimal effort on my part for them to settle and they agreed to pay the damages. They fixed the problem with little hassle from me.
